Mr. Balgobin currently serves as a program manager and subcontracts administrator at Amentum, supporting the Department of Justice’s ICITAP program and the Office of Overseas Prosecution Development. In this role, he manages cradle-to-grave procurement operations, conducts subcontract negotiations, develops key acquisition documentation, and ensures strict compliance with federal and organizational regulations.
Before joining Amentum, Mr. Balgobin served as senior subcontracts administrator for Jacobs Technology at NASA Ames Research Center.
